Critical Race Theory and Social Emotional Learning
CRT & SEL are in our Public School Systems
Public school districts who received CARE'S ACT funding are obligated to incorporate CRT & SEL. Both CRT & SEL are radical ideologies based in Marxist theory and are a topic of controversy as they are a means of indoctrination of our youth. Many parents are fighting to have these curriculums removed from our schools.
Critical Race Theory
CRT is an academic ideology where race is the key to society's behaviors. Race is a tool for objectifying people. Trigger phrases ('unconscious bias', internal white supremacy', etc.) are used to emphasize that everyone's actions and thoughts are based on race. Children are taught race is a means for division: systematic and structural racism are acceptable.
Social Emotional Learning
SEL sounds benign at the surface, but delving into the agenda of teaching SEL is disturbing. SEL is a tool to conform children's behavior and thoughts. It often deconstructs family core values and beliefs. Many SEL programs promote homosexuality, bisexuality, transgenderism, and exploits sexuality at a very young age. Moral sexuality is often objectified. Some SEL supporters have advocated the use of surveillance of on-line activities of our children to predict future behaviors and flag potential 'bad behaviors'.

Parents should have a say in what their children are being taught. Curriculums must be transparent. Be active with your local school board meetings.
